This 4.75-acre residential landholding in a NSW growth corridor was transformed through strategic Development Approval.
Rather than pursuing construction, we focused on unlocking value through planning. We secured approval for a structured residential subdivision while deliberately retaining a prominent portion of the site as a future medium density super lot.
By converting zoning potential into a defined, approval-backed outcome, we removed planning risk, increased certainty, and repositioned the asset from speculative land to development-ready opportunity.
The project is currently under contract, with uplift created through strategy — not construction.
