Damien Deruniec is a seasoned property entrepreneur and development strategist with more than 30 years of experience across real estate, land development, project syndication, and large-scale property ventures. Having founded and led multiple successful businesses, Damien has been instrumental in the amalgamation of major land holdings, the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments, and the creation of significant value through planning and development outcomes.

Renowned for his ability to identify opportunities, structure complex transactions, and bring together the right people, capital, and expertise, Damien has advised some of Australia's largest developers and has built a reputation as a visionary leader who consistently turns potential into profitable outcomes.

Phil Cartisano

Phil brings over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur, developer, and operator across property development, construction, hospitality, and industrial sectors, with a track record built on hands-on delivery and commercially sound decision making. He has founded multiple successful businesses including a national environmental solutions company, scaled and exited to a publicly listed company, and has delivered residential subdivisions, medium density projects, and high-end developments across South East Queensland.

Phil combines deep technical and operational expertise with strategic development capability, bringing a practical, results-driven approach to every project from feasibility through to completion.
